  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 1Psc.Aniseed grains

Steps

    Mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla well, then add the oil and continue mixing

    Mix the baking powder with the flour, then add it to the previous mixture and mix well

    Finally, add the anise and black seed, and mix until the ingredients are well combined.

    Grease a large baking dish (Pyrex) with oil and sprinkle a little flour or use cake release spray.

    Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

    Place the dish in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 25-30 minutes

    Once the Shabora is baked, remove it from the oven, flip it out of the dish, and cut it lengthwise

    Place the cut Shabora in the baking dish on the side that was cut to allow it to brown, then return it to the oven for another 15 minutes.
