Ingredients

  • 1.5CupMilk
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 2CupCold Milk
  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream

Steps

    Heat 1.5 liters of milk until nearly boiling.

    Add 1/2 small cup vinegar, stir until it curdles and separates.

    Strain the curd thoroughly to remove all liquid.

    In another pot, mix 2 cups cold milk with 4 tbsp starch until smooth.

    Heat the mixture while stirring until it thickens.

    Add 1 tbsp orange blossom water and pour the mix into a bowl to cool.

    Cover with plastic wrap, let cool at room temp, then stir until smooth.

    Add the curd and mix until well incorporated.

    (Optional) Add a can of cream for richness and mix.

    Garnish with nuts and serve with honey or syrup.
