  • 3Grams (g) Butter

    Sift the oat flour and almond flour into a bowl, then add the baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

    Mix the dry ingredients together.

    Add milk, melted butter, egg, vanilla and honey and mix all ingredients well.

    Add milk by the tablespoon until the batter reaches the right consistency.

    Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter into the hot pan.

    Cook over medium-low heat until set, then flip.

    Decorate pancakes as desired.
