  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pine Nuts
  • 1CupHazelnut

Steps

    Mix (ground rice flour, water, caraway powder, cinnamon, sugar) in a pot while cold, stirring until fully dissolved.

    Place the pot over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture starts to thicken.

    Keep stirring until the pudding reaches a smooth and thick consistency.

    We pour the mixture into serving cups and leave it to cool at room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator to chill completely.

    Garnish with (shredded coconut, almonds, pistachios, pine nuts, hazelnuts) and serve immediately.
