  • 1.75CupFlour
  • 3CupSugar
  • 3Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Place milk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in a blender.

    Blend the mixture for 3–4 minutes.

    Add flour and a pinch of salt, blend until flour disappears.

    Strain the mixture to remove any lumps.

    Cover the batter and let it rest for at least 1 hour.

    Pour 1/3 cup batter into a hot pan.

    Tilt the pan to spread batter thinly.

    After 2–3 minutes, flip the crepe until lightly golden.

    Place crepe on a plate and repeat until batter is finished.

    For the filling, as desired, spread chocolate spread over half of the crepe and add strawberry slices, or add caramel sauce, banana slices, and a sprinkle of coconut, and roll it up.
