In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.

Add the vegetable oil and warm milk, and whisk again until smooth.

Sift the flour and salt over the mixture gradually, and stir until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

Strain the batter through a fine mesh sieve to ensure it’s silky smooth.

Cover the batter and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the white chocolate bar into small pieces, add a spoonful of cream and a spoonful of milk.

Melt the chocolate using a water bath until it becomes a smooth sauce.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes and brush it lightly with oil.

Pour some batter into the skillet using a ladle, then quickly tilt the pan in all directions to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.

Cook the crepe for 1 minute on each side, or until lightly golden.

Spread some cream on the crepe, then add banana slices, crushed pistachios, and a drizzle of honey.
