  • 0.3Grams (g) Butter
  • 0.5CupYogurt
  • 1CupWarm milk
  • 1To TasteSyrup
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 1CupAlmonds

Steps

    Mix the semolina, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder until well combined.

    Add the butter and rub it into the mixture with fingertips until evenly distributed.

    Add the yogurt and warm milk, then stir until the batter is smooth and uniform.

    Grease the baking pan with tahini.

    Pour the batter into the pan, then score it with a knife into pieces before baking.

    Top with almonds.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–40 minutes or until golden brown.

    Once removed from the oven, pour the syrup evenly over the harissa.
