    We boil the water, then add one tablespoon of sugar and one teaspoon of salt.

    When the water boils, add the green fava beans and let them boil for only 3 minutes.

    After 3 minutes, immediately remove the fava beans from the boiling water and place them in cold water with ice cubes for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, drain the fava beans well and place them on a strainer for two hours or more until fully drained.

    Place the fava beans in freezer bags, ensuring as much air as possible is removed from the bag.

    Store the bags in the freezer.
