Soak the chickpeas in water for 12-24 hours, changing the water several times during the soaking period.

After soaking the chickpeas, drain them well and place them in a food processor with the parsley, green onion, onion, and garlic. Grind the mixture until smooth.

Add the ground coriander, ajwain, cumin, salt, baking soda, and baking powder to the mixture. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

Add the raw sesame seeds to the mixture and mix again.
