Prepare the filling: Mix coconut, sugar, semolina, and cinnamon in a bowl. Gradually add water until the filling is crumbly and moist, then set aside.

Prepare the dough: Combine semolina, flour, powdered milk, and baking powder. Add the ghee and mix until the semolina absorbs it. Gradually add yeast and water until a cohesive dough forms.

Grease a baking tray with a little ghee Spread half of the dough evenly in the tray.

Spread the filling evenly over the dough layer.

Roll out the remaining dough and cover the filling Use a tong to create decorative patterns on the dough surface

Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the Dahdah until the top is golden brown.

Drizzle the top with 1 cup of sugar syrup immediately after baking.
