- 250Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
- 0.25CupPowdered sugar

- 0.25Cupwater
- 750CupFull cream milk
- 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 2CupSugar
- 200Grams (g) Cottage Cheese
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

Prepare the Cream: In a pot, we put whole milk and then add 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional). We continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Then, we add 1 tablespoon of rose water and 1 tablespoon of vanilla and stir well. Next, we add 200 grams of cottage cheese and mix them together. After they blend a little, we place them in a tray and leave them in the fridge for an hour or two.

Prepare the Kunafa: In a bowl, we take the fine kunafa and put it in a pot on the stove, stirring continuously until we achieve a golden color, as shown in the video. Then, we transfer it to a bowl

Mix Kunafa with Pistachios: We add finely ground Aleppo pistachios to the kunafa and sprinkle powdered sugar over it. We mix the ingredients well, then add the syrup and stir again until we reach the desired consistency

Divide the Dough: We divide the kunafa dough into two halves. In a tray, we place a drop of water, then lay down a plastic bag and spread half of the dough over it.

Add the Cream: Next, we place the prepared cream on the spread dough. In another tray of the same size as the first, we put a plastic bag and spread the second half of the dough.

Serving: We take the second half of the dough and place it over the cream in the tray, then put the tray in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
