  • 1PacketBreadcrumbs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Clarified ghee

    We squeeze the water out of the onions and tomatoes

    Prepare the marinade by mixing onion juice, tomato juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the egg and stir well.

    Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the marinade and stir until the mixture becomes thick.

    Cut the beef steak from the front leg.

    Place the steak pieces in the marinade and let them marinate for 2-3 hours.

    Place the breadcrumbs in a dish.

    Dip each steak piece in the breadcrumbs and press them firmly on all sides.

    Heat a large amount of oil with a tablespoon of ghee in a frying pan.

    Fry the steaks on both sides until golden brown.
