Steps

    Grill the eggplant, peel it and cut it with a knife

    Mix the yogurt and eggplant with the tahini, garlic, and salt.

    Add the lemon juice and stir well until the ingredients are combined

    In a skillet on the stove, butter the meat, then add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are wilted.

    Add the minced meat and then add salt, black pepper and cinnamon

    Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, stir and cook until tender
