- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5CupCheese
- 1CupMilk
- 1CupFlour
- 1PinchSalt
- 1PinchNutmeg
- 1Psc.Green pepper

Boil the potatoes until 75% cooked, then peel and mash them well.

Prepare the filling by heating olive oil in a pan, then add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.

Add the chicken pieces and spices, stirring until the chicken is fully cooked.

Make the béchamel by mixing milk with flour, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg while cold. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add butter if desired.

Grease muffin tins with a little butter, then place a layer of mashed potatoes, pressing it down to create a hollow center.

Fill the hollow with the chicken mixture, then top with a small amount of béchamel.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top (optional).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the bottoms are golden, then turn on the broiler to brown the tops lightly.
