Ingredients
- 500Kilograms (kg)Beef cubes
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 2CupOlive oil
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 2Psc.Bay Leaf
- 3CupBeans
- 4ClovesGarlic
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1BunchGreen Coriander

Add butter and olive oil to a large pot, season the beef cubes, and brown them on both sides (don't overcrowd the pot)

Remove the beef cubes from the pot, add more olive oil, then add the onions and green chili. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Return the beef cubes to the pot, add tomato paste, and stir for a few minutes until the beef is well coated with the paste

Cover the ingredients with boiling water, add bay leaves, and adjust the seasoning. Cover and let it simmer until the meat is tender.

Add the beans and continue simmering for another 10-15 minutes.

In a separate small pan, fry the garlic in olive oil until slightly browned, then add the chopped fresh coriander and turn off the heat. Pour the garlic-coriander mixture over the stew and serve with white rice.
