WARM & GOOEY SKILLET COOKIE
Ingredients
- 110Grams (g) Butter
- 130CupBrown sugar
- 1Psc.eggs
- 150CupFlour
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 150Grams (g) Dark chocolate
- 150Grams (g) Milk Chocolate
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt

Melt the butter over heat, stirring continuously until it turns golden brown

Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir until combined.

Add the vanilla and the egg, then stir until the mixture is smooth.

Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder together.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a dough forms.

Add the chocolate chunks and mix until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Pour the mixture into iron skillet.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack with bottom heat only.

After 10 minutes, turn off the bottom heat and turn on the top heat (broiler) on low for 1–2 minutes until the top turns golden.

Sprinkle a little rock salt on top after removing from the oven (optional).

Serve the cookie warm with any type of ice cream.
