We put water in a pot over heat to boil the cauliflower

We add the cumin and a pinch of salt to the water.

Once the water boils, we add the cauliflower and let it boil for five minutes, then drain it.

In a glass bowl, we add the vinegar and eggs.

We add a pinch of salt and mixed spices to the eggs.

We add the chopped parsley and cilantro, along with black pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried coriander.

We add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the mixture.

We add the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, then whisk the mixture well.

We add a little water to adjust the consistency until it becomes suitable for coating the cauliflower.

We dip the boiled cauliflower pieces into the mixture and leave them for three minutes to absorb the flavors.

We heat oil in a frying pan and place the coated cauliflower pieces in it, frying over low heat until cooked through.

Finally, we increase the heat to give them a golden, crispy color, then remove them onto paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Tips If the mixture is too thin, add more flour; if it’s too thick, add a little warm water. Fry on low heat first to ensure the inside is cooked, then raise the heat to get a golden, crispy texture.
