We place the wheat in a sieve to remove any impurities.

We wash the wheat thoroughly under running water until it’s completely clean.

We transfer the washed wheat to a cooking pot.

We add hot water to the wheat until it’s fully covered.

We place the pot over medium heat and let the wheat boil until it softens and is fully cooked.

We drain the wheat well after boiling.

We place the drained wheat in a large bowl.

We add the sugar to the wheat and stir until it dissolves.

We add the orange blossom water and rose water, then mix to combine the flavors.

We add the soaked pistachios, almonds, pine nuts, and walnuts to the mixture.

We add the pomegranate seeds and mix all the ingredients well until evenly distributed.
