Vanilla Cupcakes

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

- 0.5CupOil
- 0.25CupMilk

Sift 1 1/3 cups of flour well.

Add cornstarch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then sift the dry ingredients again for extra smoothness.

Set the dry ingredients aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg with vanilla and sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Gradually pour in the oil while continuing to beat.

Add the dry ingredients gradually, folding gently from bottom to top using a spatula.

Add the milk and mix until you get a smooth batter.

Prepare the cupcake molds with liners, then fill each mold halfway.

Place the molds in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake on the middle rack for 12–15 minutes until golden.
