    Pour cold whipping cream into a bowl and beat until it starts to thicken.

    Add cream cheese (room temperature), powdered sugar, and vanilla, then beat until smooth and creamy; refrigerate the cream mixture.

    Line the sides of the dish with dry ladyfingers, then quickly dip the rest in milk and arrange a layer at the bottom.

    Spread half of the cream over the biscuit layer, then add the diced strawberries on top.
