    We cut the broccoli into small, even florets.

    We dissolve the white vinegar and salt in a quantity of cold water.

    We immerse the broccoli in the cold water, vinegar, and salt mixture for 10 minutes to sanitize it and remove any insects.

    We rinse the broccoli well under running water and drain it.

    We blanch the broccoli in hot water for 4 minutes until it is partially cooked.

    We immediately transfer the blanched broccoli into cold water with ice to stop the cooking process and preserve its color.

    Once the broccoli has cooled completely, we place it in freezer bags and store it in the freezer.
