    We shell the peas, then wash them thoroughly and drain.

    When the white foam appears on the surface, we skim it off with a ladle and let the peas cook for 6 minutes

    We transfer the boiled peas into a bowl filled with ice water and leave them for 2 minutes to stop the cooking process.

    We drain them well, then place them in freezer bags.

    We store the bags in the freezer to be ready for later use.
