  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

  • 0.25CupOil
  • 1CupWarm milk
  • 2CupCrushed tea biscuit
  • 1CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1CupNutella
  • 1CupCrushed hazelnuts
  • 1CupShredded coconut

Steps

    Mix all ingredients, including dry ingredients, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla, until a uniform batter forms.

    Pour the mixture into a prepared baking tray.

    Bake in the oven on the lower rack at 170°C for 40 minutes until fully cooked.

    After removing from the oven and allowing the cake to cool slightly, spread Nutella or Lotus spread on top.

    Decorate with crushed hazelnuts and coconut, or any preferred topping.
