Steps

    Wash, clean, and peel the shrimp (½ kg), then mix it with the egg (1) and the spices (1 tsp sweet paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper).

    Coat the shrimp with breadcrumbs (panko).

    Fry the shrimp in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until cooked and golden.

    Dice the mango (1) and tomato (1) into small cubes, then add mint leaves (to taste), cilantro leaves (to taste), juice of 1 lemon, and salt. Mix well to make the mango salsa.

    Warm the small-sized tortilla bread and arrange the mango salsa, shrimp, a squeeze of lemon, and mayonnaise or any preferred sauce.
