Ingredients
- 0.5Grams (g) Ground meat
- 0.5CupMinced parsley
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1PacketKofta spices
- 2Psc.Potato
- 2Psc.Green pepper
- 1Psc.lemon
- 2CupOlive oil
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mustard
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dried parsley
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder

Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them in a baking dish.

Add the chopped green bell pepper on top.

Add the crushed garlic cloves and lemon juice.

Drizzle with a little olive oil.

Add a tablespoon of mustard.

Season with salt, pepper, coriander, parsley, and a pinch of turmeric

Mix everything well until combined, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onion and chopped parsley.

Add your preferred kofta spices or a mix of salt, pepper, and allspice.

Knead the mixture well until fully combined.

Remove the potato tray from the oven after 15 minutes.

Arrange the kofta balls on top of the potatoes.

Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 25–30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

(Optional) If you'd like a bit of sauce, you can add ½ cup of hot water halfway through cooking the kofta.
