Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into very thin slices.

In a pan over the heat, add butter and olive oil, then add the chicken

Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, and stir until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pan, then in the same pan, add the chopped onion and mushrooms. Sauté until they soften.

Return the chicken to the pan with the onions and mushrooms, stirring everything together for a few minutes.

To prepare the sauce: In a separate pot, melt the butter, then add the flour and stir until it turns golden.

Add the chicken broth cube and then gradually add the water, stirring continuously, then add the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and let the mixture thicken.

In a baking dish, place the chicken and mushroom mixture, then pour the prepared sauce over it.

Arrange the potato slices on top, then distribute the butter pieces and rosemary over them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and golden on top.
