Ingredients

  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Rice vinegar

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sesame oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 6Psc.Crab
  • 1Psc.Cucumber
  • 1PinchMinced Green onions
  • 0.3Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Siracha
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 1Psc.Green pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
  • 1PinchPickled Ginger
  • 12Psc.Nori

Steps

    Wash 1 cup of Egyptian rice thoroughly.

    Cook the rice with 2 cups of water for 20 minutes.

    Add 0.25 cup of rice vinegar, 2 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and a pinch of salt to the cooked rice.

    Spread the rice evenly in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, then press it down firmly.

    Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

    Slice the crab sticks into thin strips.

    Add the sliced cucumber and chopped green onion to the crab sticks.

    Add the panko, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha, and mix well.

    Cut the rice from the dish into equal rectangles

    Place a sheet of nori on each rectangle of rice.

    Fry the rice rectangles in hot vegetable oil until golden brown

    Top the fried rice pieces with the crab mixture.

    Garnish with black cumin and chili.
