ستيك لحم مع صلصة الهريسة
Ingredients
- 30CupCherry tomato
- 2CupOlive oil
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 5Kilograms (kg)Beef Steak
- 2Grams (g) Greek yogurt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Psc.Lemon zest
- 0.5Psc.lemon
- 1CupOil
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Hot Harissa

Roast the tomatoes in a baking tray with a tablespoon of harissa sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then bake until they are caramelized.

Season the steak slices with salt, black pepper, and olive oil, then sear them on both sides in a pan until browned and cooked to your preference.

Mix the Greek yogurt with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil to prepare the yogurt sauce.

Place the steak on a serving plate, drizzle with the yogurt sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon zest.

Serve hot with the roasted tomatoes.

Note : To make Moroccan harissa Roast the red chili peppers on the fire or in the oven until the skin is slightly charred, then put them in a bag and let them sit for 5 minutes to make them easier to peel.

Peel the peppers and discard the seeds, then place them in a blender with the garlic, olive oil, dried coriander, and salt.

Mix the ingredients until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency.

Store the harissa in a clean glass jar and cover it with a layer of olive oil for longer preservation
