    نقوم بتقطيع الرنجة عند الرأس والذيل، ونفتحها من الظهر وليس من البطن، ثم نزيل الشوكة الوسطى والبطارخ برفق.

    Separate the skin from the herring flesh by sliding your fingers under the flesh while pulling the skin off gently with your other hand.

    In a food processor, coarsely chop the red and green onions.

    Add the filleted herring and the salted roe slices into a mixing bowl.

    Add ketchup, mayonnaise, and sriracha (or any hot sauce) to the bowl.

    Add tahini, lemon juice, paprika, and a pinch of chili flakes (optional) to the mix.

    Pour in half a cup of oil and start mixing the ingredients well until combined.
