Cut the lettuce and place it in a serving dish.

Cut the cucumbers and place them over the lettuce.

Peel and cut the potatoes, fry them until golden, and add them over the cucumbers.

Cut and fry the eggplants until cooked, then add them over the potatoes.

Add the drained chickpeas on top of the ingredients.
