Steps

    We cut the edges of the bread and then fry it in hot oil as shown in the video.

    Chop the lettuce and place it on the plate

    We take only the mint leaves as shown in the video

    Add the Purslane leaves to the ingredients

    Add chopped parsley and green thyme

    Important note: All leaves must be dried before use

    Cut the red and yellow cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the ingredients

    Cut the radish into slices, then cut the cucumber into small cubes and add them to the rest of the ingredients

    To make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, and sumac and stir until combined.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine

    To serve Place the salad in the flipped bread as shown in the video
