Steps

    Cut the chicken (500g deboned thighs) into medium-sized pieces.

    Marinate the chicken with 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Skewer the chicken pieces, arrange them on a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes

    Slice half a head of white cabbage into thin strips and peel and grate 4 carrots

    Mix the dressing ingredients: 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Toss the cabbage and carrots with the dressing until well combined to make the coleslaw.

    Prepare tortilla bread, layer it with lettuce, coleslaw, and chicken, then add ketchup or mayonnaise as desired.
