Cut the squash into medium-sized cubes.

Prepare the onion and tomatoes by cutting them into the appropriate pieces.

Place the squash, onions, garlic and tomatoes on a baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste.

Insert the tray into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.

After the grilling is done, peel the squash and then add the rest of the grilled vegetables

Add chicken broth, then mix all ingredients in a hand blender or food processor.

Return the pureed mixture to the saucepan, add the can of cream, and continue cooking on low heat for another 5 minutes until the cream is combined with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve the soup garnished with cream, crushed red pepper and pumpkin seeds.
