- 0.5Grams (g) Mushroom
- 200Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 1Psc.Onion
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 1Psc.Beef Stock
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1CupVermicelli
- 1CupBoiling Water

Cut all the vegetables into small cubes

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes as shown in the video

We heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.

We add the chicken pieces (if using) and stir until they change color.

We add the turmeric, mixed spices, cardamom, and ground coriander, and stir to blend the flavors.

We add the potatoes, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms, and mix the vegetables well with the spices.

Take a portion of the vegetables and set aside

We add the vermicelli and stir it slightly until lightly toasted.

We pour in the concentrated meat broth, then add boiling water to cover all ingredients

We leave the soup to cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until everything is tender.

We turn off the heat and serve

For the vegetables we set aside, divide them into bags, and let them cool completely before placing them in the freezer.

When serving, we take out the desired amount from the freezer, add a cup of hot broth and a little water to thin the consistency.
