Ingredients

  • 3ClovesMinced garlic
  • 400Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 2CupFlour
  • 0.5Psc.Chicken stock
  • 250Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Place one tablespoon of butter and a little olive oil in a pan over heat.

    Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, and stir until softened.

    Add the mushrooms and continue stirring until roasted.
