Ingredients

  • 2CupMilk powder
  • 0.25CupHoney
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 0.75Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
  • 2CupMilk powder

Steps

    Roast the hazelnuts on medium heat until they turn brown.

    Peel the hazelnuts after roasting. Place the hazelnuts in the blender.

    Add 1 cup of water, then the cocoa, powdered milk and honey to the food processor.

    Blend for five minutes until smooth.

    Add the vanilla and blend again.

    Pour the mixture into a container. Place the container in the fridge to store the spread.
