    Boil the potatoes until cooked.

    Cut the salmon into the desired shapes. I cut them into oblong shapes.

    In a small bowl, mix olive oil, black pepper, paprika, coriander, oregano, and salt. Add this mixture to the salmon pieces, along with a squeeze of lemon.

    Coat the salmon in flour

    We fry the salmon in olive oil for 10-15 minutes until cooked, flipping it halfway through.

    Set the cooked salmon aside.

    In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, and spinach

    Add the cream and stir in.

    Add black pepper, paprika, oregano, coriander, and salt to taste.

    Add Parmesan cheese.

    Simmer for three minutes.

    Add the cooked salmon to the sauce.

    Serve the salmon with mashed potatoes and spinach sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.
