- 0.5Grams (g) White chocolate
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Caramel sauce

Beat the butter and powdered sugar in a mixer until creamy.

Add the egg and vanilla, and mix until smooth.

Add the flour, ground almonds, and salt; mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into three parts: plain, cocoa, and coffee.

Wrap each portion in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and cut shapes with cookie cutters.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes until baked through.
