  • 0.25Kilograms (kg)Lamb meat

Steps

    We cut slits in the lamb and season it with meat spices.

    Place the onion, potato, bell pepper, and garlic in a baking pan.

    Add a little lamb broth and salt to the vegetables.

    Place the lamb pieces over the vegetables in the pan.

    Cover the pan with parchment paper and then tightly wrap it with aluminum foil.

    Place the pan in a preheated oven at the highest temperature for 30 minutes.

    Lower the oven temperature to 200°C and leave the pan for 4 to 6 hours until the lamb is fully cooked.

    Serve the roasted lamb with white rice, saffron rice, and barberries.
