Ingredients

  • 500Cupwater
  • 0.5CupQuinoa
  • 0.25PinchSalt
  • 0.5Grams (g) Edamame
  • 1CupIceberg lettuce
  • 0.5Psc.Lemon juice
  • 0.5CupOlive oil
  • 1.5CupHoney
  • 0.25To TasteBlack pepper
  • 8CupCherry tomato
  • 1Psc.Avocado
  • 2Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5CupShredded crab

Steps

    Boil 500 ml of water, then add 1/2 cup of quinoa and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Let it cook until the quinoa is done.

    Add 1/4 cup of edamame to the quinoa before straining, then let the mixture cool completely.

    In a serving bowl, place the chopped lettuce.

    Add the quinoa and edamame to the lettuce.

    Squeeze 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice.

    Mix the lemon juice with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1.5 tablespoons of honey, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.

    Add half of the dressing to the salad and gently toss

    Chop the cherry tomatoes and add them to the ingredients

    Chop the avocado and add it to the ingredients

    Add 1.5 cups of shredded crab, another 1/4 cup of edamame

    Add the Parmesan cheese and serve
