قشر البرتقال بالشوكولا
Ingredients

- 2Cupwater
- 1.5PacketSweetener
- 1Grams (g) Dark chocolate

Cut off the top and bottom of the orange, make 4 or 5 slits lengthwise, and remove the peel.

Cut each piece into thin slices and place them in a pot with 2 cups of water. Let them boil for 5 minutes, then strain them.

Repeat the same process to reduce the bitterness of the peel.

In another pot, dissolve the sugar with water and a squeeze of lemon, then add the peel and let it simmer on low heat for 45 minutes or until it softens and becomes translucent.

Transfer it onto parchment paper to cool completely.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over a double boiler, dip the peels in the chocolate, and place them in the fridge to cool completely.
