  • 0.5Kilograms (kg)Knafeh
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 3CupPistachio Butter
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 100CupChocolate
  • 1To TasteFood coloring

Steps

    Melt the food coloring in melted white chocolate (instead of water) for optimal results.

    Evenly spread the colored mixture over the mold.

    Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave and spread it over the colored layer in the mold.

    Process the knafeh dough: Take half a can of knafeh dough and toast it in a pan with 2 tbsp of butter until well roasted.

    Once toasted, add 3 tbsp of pistachio butter and 1 tbsp of tahini (adjust or omit as desired) to the knafeh and mix well.

    Allow the first chocolate layer to cool and set, then add the prepared knafeh filling on top.

    For the final layer, add an extra layer of melted chocolate, then refrigerate the mold until completely chilled before serving.
