Heat oil in a large pot, add popcorn kernels, cover, and pop until done.

For Cheetos popcorn: Crush the Cheetos, add melted butter to the popcorn, and toss until evenly coated.

For caramel popcorn: In a pan, melt butter with brown sugar, salt, and honey, stirring until it boils.

Remove from heat, add vanilla and baking soda, then pour over popcorn and mix well.
