- 75CupOlive oil
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar

- 100CupDates syrup

We mix the softened butter at room temperature with olive oil until well combined.

We add the dry ingredients and mix them slightly until they are incorporated.

We add the eggs and vinegar and continue mixing until we achieve a consistency similar to damp sand.

We divide the dough into four pieces and roll each piece into a cylinder shape.

We cut the cylinders into small pieces and place them on a baking tray.

We put the tray in the freezer for about 15 minutes until the pieces harden

We prepare the dipping mixture by combining water and date syrup and mixing them well

We dip the cold pieces into this mixture and then coat them in roasted sesame seeds.

We arrange the pieces on a baking tray and bake them in the oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
