Pizza rolls
Ingredients

- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Ketchup
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Olive
- 1CanCorn
- 1CupCheese
- 1BunchBasil
- 500CupFlour
- 10Grams (g) Dry yeast
- 60CupSugar
- 300CupMilk
- 100Grams (g) Butter

In a bowl, add all the ingredients except for the salt and butter.

Mix using an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes

Add the salt and continue mixing for another minute.

Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it gradually while mixing.

Continue mixing for 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth and cohesive.

Leave the dough to rest and rise until it doubles in size, around one hour (depending on room temperature).

After rising, punch the air out of the dough and begin rolling it out.

Spread the pizza sauce (tomato paste, ketchup, black pepper, and salt) on the dough.

Add the cheese (any type of cheese you prefer) and toppings (olives, corn, and basil leaves) over the dough.

Roll the dough into a log, cut into 4 cm pieces, and slice.

Arrange the pieces in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes or more, depending on room temperature.

Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C (top and bottom heat with fan) for 30-35 minutes, depending on your oven.
