Ingredients

  • 2CupPetit Beurre biscuits
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Cupwater
  • 2CupPecan
  • 1.5PacketCaramel

Steps

    We grind the Petit Beurre biscuits until fine.

    We add the soft butter and rub it well into the biscuits.

    We add the water and mix until we get a cohesive, sand-like texture

    We place the mixture into a pan and press it firmly into the mold.

    We bake it in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for ten minutes

    Meanwhile, we toast the pecans either on the stove or in the oven.

    We heat the caramel well

    Add the hot caramel to the pecans and mix well.

    We spread the pecan and caramel mixture over the baked biscuit base.

    We let it cool completely until it sets.
