We grind the Petit Beurre biscuits until fine.

We add the soft butter and rub it well into the biscuits.

We add the water and mix until we get a cohesive, sand-like texture

We place the mixture into a pan and press it firmly into the mold.

We bake it in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for ten minutes

Meanwhile, we toast the pecans either on the stove or in the oven.
