- 0.5Grams (g) Parmesan cheese

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chicken Stock Powder

We boil the potatoes with their skins on in water until fully cooked.

After boiling, we peel the potatoes while they are still warm and mash them until smooth.

We spread the mashed potatoes on a clean work surface.

We sprinkle the flour, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes, then add the egg.

We gently knead the mixture until a soft dough forms (being careful not to over-knead so the dough doesn't turn elastic due to gluten).

We divide the dough into portions, then roll each piece into a rope-like shape, and cut into small equal pieces.

We bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt.

We drop the gnocchi pieces into the boiling water, and once they float to the surface, they are done.

In a skillet, we prepare mushroom sauce or any sauce of choice, then add the boiled gnocchi and sauté for 2 minutes.

We serve the gnocchi in a dish, and top it with grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
