Ingredients
- 70Grams (g) Dark chocolate
- 50Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupAlmond flour
- 2Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
- 2CupPowdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease the baking ramekins with butter and dust them with cocoa powder.

Melt the chocolate with butter in the microwave and stir until smooth.

Beat the eggs with vanilla until the mixture becomes light in color.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs, then add the almond flour and powdered sweetener, stirring until fully combined.

Divide the mixture between the molds and place a piece of chocolate in each mold.

Bake for 10 minutes until the top is set but the inside remains soft.

Let it cool completely, then turn it out onto serving plates.

Serve with your favorite toppings like fruits or whipped cream.
