- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 1CupYogurt
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Roasted Pistachios
- 4CupOlive oil

Cut the cabbage into 4 wedges and spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper over the cabbage.

Cover the tray with another sheet of parchment paper (loosely).

Bake in a preheated oven at 200–220°C for 60–75 minutes until golden and tender.

In a bowl, mix tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt to prepare the sauce.

Pour the tahini sauce over the roasted cabbage.

Garnish with roasted pistachios and serve.
