    We put 0.5 kg of pasta in boiling water with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, and salt to taste

    We prepare the spinach pesto: We place 1 bunch of well-washed spinach in the food processor.

    We add 5 garlic cloves, 7-8 roasted walnuts, 4 pieces of white cheese, lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, and 1 small cup of olive oil, and salt to taste.
